Single Session  If you prefer to workout on your own then the single session is for you.  60 minutes of focused training with no distractions.  You will share the space in the gym with others but your workout will be all about YOU and your requirements.  

Buddy Session

2 person buddy session.  Workout with a friend, partner or family member save some money.  Twice the fun, twice the work.

Family Workout

A close-knit family is a road to good results: in the kitchen, on vacation, and also in the gym. Of course, training for the entire family is based on the minimum skill level of all family members. It is very important to me that no one gets left behind. Its' all about achieving together!

Group Indoor Cycling - Performance Cycling

Group Indoor cycling - small classes, loud music and lots of sweat ... at up to 600 calorie an hour burn this is not for the faint hearted.  You will need a general level of fitness and a serious sense of humour as the classes are a great mix of music, sweat and laughter.  If you are a novice or more advanced then there's a great class for you just check out the calendar.  These classes are popular and get booked up in advance so what are you waiting for? 

Pre and Post Natal Exercise

During one of the most important times of your life it's so important that you hand your physical acitivity and training regime over to a qualified and fully insured expert.  A the fitcell company we are experienced in working with newly expectant mums right through to the last workout before the birth.  And once the baby has arrived we can work with you to help you reach your previous training levels as quickly and safely as possible.  It is important that you consult your Health Professional once your pregnancy has been confirmed regarding engaging in appropriate exercise and once baby has arrived you must have had your six week check and have the OK from your Health Professional before you re-engage with activity.  If you have never workout before your pregnancy then that need not be a barrier to getting heart healthy before the birth.

The best way to get to know me is to book an induction! Induction takes 60 minutes.  A little paperwork and then the balance of time spent one on one with me in the gym.  So, look for an available 60 minutes in your diary, send me a request for that time slot with your contact details and I'll book you in.  If you prefer to just phone me, that's OK too.  01352 753438 or 07796 271492.
