I firmly believe that Life is for living, that we should enjoy every minute and that one way to achieve a great quality of life is to manage our mobility, flexibility and fitness. My own personal goal is to be able to do up my shoe laces when I'm in my 90s - oh, and to be fit enough to chase my husband around the garden!

The best way to get to know me is to book an induction! Induction takes 60 minutes. A little paperwork and then the balance of time spent one on one with me in the gym. So, look for an available 60 minutes in your diary, send me a request for that time slot with your contact details and I'll book you in.
